Yes, I do think these two have beautiful faces. They're not glamorous, but they're full of character and very interesting. I've talked about beauty before and that I don't like to draw faces that are considered to be typically "beautiful." I think I would call that glamor rather than beauty. Flaws and character are what makes a face interesting.
